Studio Hours and Booking

4Seasons Studio operates from 08:00 to 22:00. Bookings are scheduled according to the studio calendar, where you can check availability for your desired date and time. The minimum booking duration is 1 hour.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: The deposit is fully refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available date.

• Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the reserved time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Studio Usage Rules

• Timeliness: Please arrive on time. In case of delays, your booking time will not be extended. Extensions may be available for an additional fee if the studio is free afterward.

• Late Departure Fee: If your delay affects the next client, the studio reserves the right to charge £15 for every 10 minutes of overrun.

• Equipment and Decor: Please handle all equipment and decor with care. Any damage to equipment or props will result in compensation charges.

• Furniture and Cleaning:
– A penalty fee will be charged to cover cleaning costs for any stains (e.g., food, drinks, makeup, dirty shoes) on furniture.
– Food and drinks are only allowed with prior approval from studio management.

• Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 10 people (including photographers, makeup artists, etc.) are allowed in the studio at any time.

Video Surveillance

The studio is equipped with a video surveillance system to ensure the safety of clients, equipment, and property.
• Footage is stored securely and used solely for resolving or preventing incidents.

Condition of the Studio After Use

Clients must leave the studio in the same condition as it was at the start of their booking.
• All props and furniture must be returned to their original places, and any used items must be tidied up.
• A cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is left in disorder or requires additional cleaning.
